Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Our refund policy is simple. If you give us at least a 60-day notice, we'll refund 100% of your ticket price. If you give us between a 30-59 day notice, we'll refund 50% of your ticket price. And, if you give us less than a 30-day notice, we do not offer a refund but you are free to sell or transfer your ticket to another attendee.
What happens if I need to leave BootCamp early?
We wish to accommodate whatever comes up. Please return your living quarters to the way you found them and notify one of our team members prior to leaving the grounds. There are no refunds once the event is underway due to incurred costs by WildHeartSTL and the Host Camp
Do you guys get paid?
No. Every person on the team is a volunteer and invests their time and resources towards the mission. We pay our own way just like you do. We serve this mission to see the hearts of men restored to God’s design and unleashed upon the world.
How are monies spent?
To keep events affordable, we budget very tightly to the actual event costs plus a small contingency to cover last minute surprises. This is non-profit-making venture.
